Via. Uncle Rods email regarding the PI flooding

Hello Family.

Many of you may have heard about the flooding in the Philippines last weekend. I have been in contact with our relatives in Pasig, which was one of the hardest hit areas. Our cousin, Danny Lafrades and his family lost most of their belongings.

What I would like to do is ask the Lafrades family in the States to pull together to help our family in the Philippines. If you can assist in any way possible, that would be very much appreciated. And I'm sure Danny and his family would feel the Lafrades love.

Valerie and I will coordinate anything that you decide to donate as well as shipping the items to the Philippines. (Yes, via balikbayan boxes). If you're unsure what else to send, ask and we'll let you know if it will be ok to send.

This does not have to just be limited to our family, Brianna mentioned that some of her friends are willing to donate as well.

-Cash (If cash is given, it will be used to assist with shipping cost and any leftover's will be used to purchase more canned foods and/or will be sent to them directly)-
